For over 16 years, VIVACY has been a brand expert in hyaluronic acid in the field of Aesthetic and Anti-ageing medicine. In 2022, Social Studio got the opportunity to organize the first ever Vivacy Masters Summit on November 2023, a prestigious incentive designed to unite 200 of Vivacy's most esteemed subsidiaries and doctors from around the globe at the W Barcelona. This immersive 2-day incentive commenced with an opening ceremony in the Great Room, featuring the V stage and grand LED screen, along with 3 distinct booths showcasing Vivacy's diverse product lines. These booths served as interactive spaces, fostering a deeper connection between the guests and the brand's array of offerings.
Day 1 unfolded with hands-on workshops led by renowned instructors, providing invaluable practical insights and expertise. To conclude the day, a relaxed tapas night ensued, complete with a spirited flamenco show, a paella station, and the enchanting sounds of Spanish music, creating an atmosphere of warmth and camaraderie.
Day 2 was filled with more captivating classes and lectures, culminating in the closing ceremony, where awards were bestowed upon the deserving recipients. The pinnacle of the summit was the glamorous Gala Dinner, themed "Disco Disco." The evening commenced with a lively cocktail hour featuring a bar, a molecular cocktail experience, and soothing melodies on the terrace overlooking the beach. A 3-course seated dinner, hosted indoors, was made special with a roller show that added a touch of spectacle between courses. The night reached its crescendo with a full musical experience courtesy of a highly talented band during the dinner service.
As the Gala Dinner progressed, the renowned DJ, Doppleganger's beats took over, inviting guests to dance the night away and bring the entire incentive to a jubilant close. The Vivacy Masters Summit 2023 not only showcased the brand's innovations but also provided an immersive and unforgettable experience, blending education, entertainment, and celebration in the vibrant backdrop of Barcelona's W Hotel.
